I'm learning to play the piano
okay, I'm not really learning to play the piano (but Anne is), it's just a big joke around here that I need to learn to play now that I am a pastor's wife. Phil, Corban, and I are home again after an awesome time in Amsterdam. We were so happy to see the Dutchies and Will, and then doubley blessed when Anne showed up for a visit. We did some volunteering at the Cleft and at the Tabernacle. Will and I had fun feeding the birds on Thursdays at the Open afternoons (it got a little Alfred Hitchcockish). Now that we are home, Phil has started his job at our church and said to me the other day for the first time in our marriage: "I can't wait to go to work tomorrow." Praise God! I am doing really good, too. Besides loving being a mom, I have been feeling like a new season of spiritual renewal is opening up for me. I feel like the Lord is giving me joy in my salvation again and softening my heart towards Him more and more.
Well, I have tried publishing this twice now. I hope this time will work. I'd really like to post a picture, but I don't know how.
Love you guys,
Corrie

Hey Corrie,
Thank you for sharing everything that is going on your life. I am so happy that everything is going well.
~To post a picture you do as follows...
-Go to the screen like you are making a regular post and from there look on the toolbar with all the images on it (bold, italics, bullets, ect.)
-From there you choose the second to the last image (the one that looks like a picture of the mountains with blue sky)
-Then you can choose to get a picture off of a website or to get one off of a file from your computer. (Either use the URL or browse your computer's files)
-Then you can choose your layout and size of the picture. And press the upload image button.
-Once you do that the image(s) should come up on your post and then you can add text.
~I hope this helps let me know if you have any more questions.
Oh...I was also going to say. The whole pastor's wives needing to play the piano thing is hilarious! I actually joke with the pastor's wife at my church about it all the time! She actually struggled with the fact that she didn't play piano for the first 10 years they were married, all these older women would come up to her and the first thing they would ask is "do you play the piano?". To this day 30 years later she refuses to learn out of protest (and the fact that she is horrible at music!). It is such a horrible stereotype! I laughed so hard when I read your post because of how much Char mentions it.
It was also nice that i could see the van der ploeg family. in first instance in di dnot believe you were realy at the poort. hihi
Hope we might meet some time again..
And about that piaono thing.. I shall say. We all have (godly)gifts.. We only have to find what they are..
